MentalShift does not currently include any in-app purchases or subscription services. If this changes, we will update these Terms accordingly and notify users of any new payment terms.

5. User-Generated Content

MentalShift does not currently allow users to post or upload content. If this feature is added in the future, the following terms will apply:

• Any content you upload will be subject to our review, and we reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise inappropriate.
• By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute the content within the App.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and other intellectual property related to the App are owned by or licensed to us. You may not use our intellectual property without our prior written consent, except as necessary to use the App in accordance with these Terms.

7. Third-Party Links

Our App does not currently include links to third-party websites or services. If third-party links are added in the future, you acknowledge that we are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

8. Limitation of Liability

MentalShift is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law
